The Alpaca House is a 140 square foot guest suite built for the 44 Collective on Mayne Island. This two story loft suite was phase 1 of a 2 phase project, which included the construction and installation of custom barn doors, cedar siding, multiple windows and a skylight.

Phase 2 will include a wrap around deck, due for completion this spring.
